Washing
Dry clean only. Do not machine wash or hand wash, as this may damage the fabric structure and any hand-finished embellishments.
Drying
Do not tumble dry.
Unboxing
Straight out of the box, hang your dress in its own space so any creases or folds can fall naturally out of the fabric. Fluff the skirt layer by layer and give it a good shake to restore volume and shape.
Steaming
All garments can be lightly steamed on a moderate temperature, held at least 15 cm from the fabric. Never steam directly onto beading, sequins, or hand-stitched appliqué, as high heat can melt or tarnish delicate details.
Storage
For seasonal storage, keep your dress in a breathable garment bag, away from direct light and plastic covers, to preserve colour and fabric integrity.

When Will My Order Be Shipped ?
Each Frocklyn dress is made to order, requiring approximately 2 to 3 weeks to be thoughtfully crafted and shipped. If your piece is ready earlier, you'll be notified by email.
This wait is not a delay; it is a quiet promise. A promise that your dress is not mass-produced, but patiently shaped by hand with tradition and precision. Every seam is intentional; every detail, personal.
With limited production runs and custom sizing available, your piece remains as rare and refined as the care behind its creation.

Refunds and Returns
At Frocklyn, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every dress; shop with complete confidence.
Returns
We offer a 20-day return policy on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Custom-sized and altered items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email info@frocklyn.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to offer exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Email us with your order details to begin. Exchanges are free, though return shipping is at the customer's expense.
All returns and exchanges must meet eligibility criteria; we reserve the right to deny returns for used, damaged, or altered items.
