Occasion pieces are dry clean only — please avoid machine or hand washing, as this can damage the fabric structure and any hand-finished detailing. Do not tumble dry. When unboxing, hang your dress right away so creases fall out naturally, and fluff the skirt layer by layer to restore its shape. Garments can be lightly steamed on a moderate setting, held at least 15cm from the fabric and never directly on beading or appliqué. For storage, keep pieces in a breathable garment bag away from direct light and plastic covers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 20-day return window on unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Custom-sized or altered pieces can't be returned. Exchanges for a different size or color are also available within 20 days and are free, though return shipping is at the customer's expense.
