How long does a custom size order take?
For custom pieces, our team will email you your specific production and delivery timeline after reviewing your details.
Is there an additional cost for custom sizing?
Custom pieces have their own quote, which differs from the standard listed price. Once you submit your details, our team will email you your custom quote.
What is the return policy for custom size items?
Custom pieces are made specifically to your measurements, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can you make design changes as well?
Yes. We can offer sleeves and adjust the dress length on our current designs. Add the details in the notes box, or share a reference image, and our team will confirm what we can do.
Can I choose a colour or dress that is not listed?
Yes. Choose "Other" under the collection or the colour and type what you would like. We will let you know if it is possible.
How do I know if my measurements are accurate?
Follow the diagram and the "How to measure" guide, measure over undergarments, and keep the tape snug but not tight. Measuring twice helps. If anything feels uncertain, email us before you submit.
What happens if I make a mistake measuring?
We review every submission by hand and will contact you if a number looks unusual. If you realise you made an error, tell us before production starts and we will update your order at no cost. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

- Shoulder
- From the edge of one shoulder, straight across the back, to the edge of the other shoulder. Keep the tape flat.
- Chest
- Around the fullest part of the chest, just under the arms. Keep the tape parallel to the floor, snug but not tight.
- Waist
- Around the natural waistline, roughly 1 inch above the belly button. Breathe normally — don't pull the tape tight.
- Hips
- Feet together. Around the widest part of the hips and seat.
- Height
- Stand tall against a wall, barefoot. Measure floor to the top of the head.
- Sleeve
- From the shoulder point, down past the elbow, to the wrist bone. Keep the arm slightly bent.
Hollow to hem From the small dip at the base of the neck, straight down the front of the body to where the hem should fall. If possible, measure in the shoes she will wear.
Measure over undergarments and keep the tape snug, not tight.
