If your order does not meet your expectations, our team is here to assist you through a simple and transparent return and exchange process. Please carefully review the policy below before placing your order.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange request window from the time your order is marked as delivered. If a manufacturing defect is found or an incorrect item or size was dispatched by us, please contact our customer care team at info@frocklyn.com within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags must remain attached to the item.
- Products showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Customised, made-to-order, sale, discounted, or promotional items are considered final sale.
- Once we receive your item, our team will review it promptly before any exchange, store credit, or refund is processed.
- As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and detailing are a natural part of its uniqueness and are not considered manufacturing defects.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@frocklyn.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item.
- Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Please use a reliable and trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us after dispatch.
Alterations
We are committed to ensuring a flawless fit for every Frocklyn piece. Complimentary alterations are provided for your order. Please note that while the alteration service is free of charge, shipping costs for dispatching the item to us and its return will be the responsibility of the customer. To proceed, kindly email info@frocklyn.com with your order number and alteration details.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
- In cases where an incorrect or defective item was sent by us, our team may review and assist with return shipping support on a case-by-case basis.
- Where eligible, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds may take approximately 5–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
- Frocklyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

- Items altered by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
