Yes. We offer customisation on select styles, allowing you to order your favourite Frocklyn design made to your own measurements. Explore our collections to find your perfect style, then contact us at info@frocklyn.com prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. Please note that all customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Our pieces are crafted primarily from premium duchess satin, with select styles featuring layers of soft tulle, delicate organza, and net. Embellished styles may include hand-stitched appliqué, beading, or floral detailing — each added by hand as part of our artisan production process.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing. After this window, we are unable to make any changes.

Each piece is handcrafted to order, taking approximately 7 to 14 days to complete. Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes a further 8 to 10 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 21 to 28 days from the date of purchase.
Yes — we are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's progress directly through the courier's website. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
U.S. orders are generally delivered without additional customs charges. For all other international destinations, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your local customs policies prior to ordering.
No. For security reasons, we are currently unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please ensure a full residential or business address is provided at checkout.
You can contact us at info@frocklyn.com to update your delivery address. It is best to make the change as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute it and recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch. For detailed updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as we receive the same tracking information as you do.
We are sorry for the delay. Once a package leaves our atelier, delivery is handled by the courier and all shipping updates are based on their tracking system. If your delivery appears stuck or overdue, please first check your tracking number sent to you at dispatch, then contact the courier directly. We offer a 72-hour return and exchange request window, beginning from the time your order is marked as delivered. All requests must be submitted by emailing info@frocklyn.com within this period, accompanied by your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video showing the issue.
We put our heart into every piece made just for you. As each dress is handcrafted exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom measurement dresses are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use will also not be accepted.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was dispatched, please contact us at info@frocklyn.com within 72 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your concern as smoothly as possible, please include your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video with your message.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions. Please use a reliable, trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us after dispatch. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In approved cases where an incorrect or defective item was sent by us, return shipping assistance may be provided at our discretion.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds may take approximately 5 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
Minor loose threads, slight measurement variations, and natural handmade irregularities are not considered manufacturing defects.
All Frocklyn pieces should be professionally dry cleaned only. Do not machine wash or hand wash, as this may damage the fabric and all hand-finished embellishments. For full care guidance, please refer to our Care & Keeping page.
Yes, garments can be lightly steamed at a moderate temperature. Hold the steamer at least 15 cm from the fabric at all times. Never steam directly on beading, sequins, or any hand-stitched embellishment, as high heat may cause irreversible damage.
Store your Frocklyn piece in a breathable garment bag, away from direct light. Avoid plastic covers as they can trap moisture and damage delicate fabrics over time. Hang the dress in its own space to preserve the silhouette and shape.
