Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Wash with similar colours and turn inside out to protect the buttons and ruffle trim.

Drying
Line dry or lay flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can shrink linen fibres over time.

Ironing
Iron on a medium heat while the fabric is still slightly damp for the smoothest finish. Linen naturally creases with wear — this is part of its charm.

Unboxing
Straight out of the box, hang your shirt in its own space so any creases from packaging can fall out naturally. A light steam or iron will help it look its best.

Storage
Store on a hanger or folded in a breathable space, away from direct sunlight, to keep the colour from fading.

Each Frocklyn dress is made to order, requiring approximately 2 to 3 weeks to be thoughtfully crafted and shipped. If your piece is ready earlier, you'll be notified by email.

Returns
We offer a 20-day return policy on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Custom-sized and altered items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email info@frocklyn.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to offer exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Email us with your order details to begin. Exchanges are free, though return shipping is at the customer's expense.
